Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy

• 25% of the total package cost to be paid in advance to make a reservation.
• 25% of the total package cost to be paid within 07 days after the reservation.
• Balance 50% of the total package cost to be paid at least 30 days prior to departure.
• Flight and Transport cost to be paid in full and in advance at the time of booking.
• If your travel is within 15 days, the total amount of the package needs to be paid at the time of the reservation.
• Above policies are subject to change without any prior notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy


• 30% of the total package will be deducted if you cancel 30 days or more prior to the departure date.
• 50% of the total package will be deducted if you cancel between 29-15 days prior to the departure date.
• 75% of the total package will be deducted if you cancel between 14-08 days prior to the departure date.
•100% of the total package will be deducted if you cancel within 07 days of the departure date.
• Flight fare refund is subject to the cancellation and depends on the respective airline.
• In case of cancellation, the refund amount will be processed after the deduction of cancellation fee.
• Above policies are subject to change without any prior notice.
• Refunds may take 50-60 working days.

CHANGES / CANCELLATION


Reservations are non-transferable and non-refundable. Some tickets can be refunded and/or used (for a limited time) towards future travel or can be refunded; however, all applicable penalties will apply (airline charges and service fees). Refunds are not permissible for partially used tickets. Travelers Name - Traveller First name and Last name must be entered during the time of reservation exactly as it appears on your Government-issued identification, be it your passport, Driving License or other acceptable forms of identification depending on your type of journey (Domestic/International). The name once entered will not be changed. Some Typo Error (Name Correction) however, is allowed, depending on Airline Terms of Use, & charges would be applied according to airline policy all customers are advised to verify travel documents (transit visa/entry visa) for the country through which they are transiting and/or entering. We will not be responsible if proper travel documents are not available and you are denied entry or transit into a Country. We request you to consult the embassy of the country(s) you are visiting or transiting through.
